If amazing is very, very good, then okay, amazing.
If you have checked out his previous performances on Netflix, you'd know what to anticipate. The somewhat peculiar and absolutely amusing observations of a man who openly admits to being confused by others and his frequently contrived interactions with them, all while accompanied by his constantly jerky physical gestures that match his words. There were moments when the movements conveyed everything while the words felt like an afterthought. A tremendously funny man attempting to navigate through daily life while also trying to comprehend his upbringing, his family, and the omnipresent rest of the world. Overall, a highly enjoyable and humorous night. Much more enjoyable than the chilly rain outside that evening and the looming warnings of "Lake Effect Snow," of which we ultimately received nearly 24 inches in some nearby areas. Now, if only there was a way to increase the volume of my tinnitus to drown out the man behind me who repeated nearly every punchline Holmes - Comedian delivered, and still be able to enjoy the performance, I would have given this show 6 Stars.
